There is nothing I like better than hitting the beach in the summer time, there is no better place to do so than on your own backdoor step (if you live in the UK, otherwise you have a little further to come!) Cornwall is well worth a visit for a tone of reasons, more than it is possible for anyone to detail in an article be it 100 or 10,000 words.
Best times to visit Cornwall
Obviously the best time to visit Cornwall is during the summer season or around this time (~ June, July) the weather tends to be good up till the end of September when it starts to get cooler, the days shorter and intermittent showers, later again towards Christmas Cornwall has seen beautiful white snow several years in a row and this could be a magical get away for you during this festive time.
Visiting during this time the height of the summer has its obvious downside - it costs more to visit in peak times, because of the increased demands for quality accommodations, the influx of people also means it is going to be busier on the roads, in the towns and attractions. Don't let this put you off, but if you are on a budget or prefer it to be a bit quieter look at the periods around peak times, you could pick yourself up a real bargain in the less busy period.
