Fruits and vegetables have long been regarded to help control aging for a good reason. Aside from vitamins and minerals, fruits and vegetables contain anti aging components such as anti oxidants, protein, phytochemicals, and healthy fat. Include in your diet fruits and vegetables such as kiwi, pineapple, broccoli, cauliflower, tomato and green leafy vegetables.
Exercise. Eating right may be enough to help you age slower, but if you are spending most of your time in front of the computer, driving your car, or watching television, your may need to change the way you live. A passive live accelerates aging since you allow your muscles and organs to become useless. Exercise increases blood circulation and the functions of your organ. Good blood circulation also makes your skin look younger. Keeping an active lifestyle helps you deal with your life more positively.
Live with happy people. Do you know that laughing actually makes you look younger? Socializing with your friends, family, and happy people will promote emotional health and will give you better defenses in dealing with stressful situations.
Think positive. Emotional health is closely linked with physical health. Researchers agree that the much happier person you are, the less likely for you to have physical health problems, depression, and other physical diseases.

As you can see, controlling aging doesn t mean spending money on products and services that promise healthy skin and younger life.
There is nothing wrong with anti aging products but do not forget to consider natural ways to control or slowdown aging.
