It would be advisable if you would stick to that volume of serving. It would also help if you would eat very slowly. You would notice that as you eat at a prolonged time, your stomach would feel already full without the need for you to consume so much.

You could opt to eat less but as often as possible. The tactic here is to eat very small servings of low carb food per meal. The meal could be as frequent as six times or more daily. This way, your body would not feel any hunger, which is a good motivation for your body to long enjoying a feast. If you do not feel hungry as often, you would realize that your urge to eat would be significantly lessened. This strategy truly works.

Understand the abovementioned tips. You should at the same time understand the communication your body makes to your self. There is no need to restrict your self from eating or to starve. Just be careful what you eat and watch out how often your meals are.
