Life has so many changes in its ups and downs but the realisation there is something wrong with you mentally changes your perception on alot of things in life. It may sound a bit outrageous that sentence but it is true.

There are realisations that you never even thought of if you lived life in the fast lane. Such as how I am I going to manage this and with who, who do i talk to about this. Its the build up of stress which people always say talk to someone about. This is difficult but from experience of this through a personal confinement this should of been the option many years ago to talk about this.

Thoughts: How do i hope with my job? What about the rent? What if the situation gets worse and I cannot pay do all of this?

These are enough to cause panic and anxiety on their own which does affect thousands if not millions of people each day. The shock of the world, the way it has changed, the way life changes, getting older, relationships, marriage, past girlfriends, boyfriends or both even.

How all these in the past years of existance can change someone in their later years and have drastic effects.

These may have happened a long time ago but now its the having to deal with a day to day factor of anxiety and stress which may also include OCD.

Well this was a huge shock personally when it started but its getting to know the way you feel inside and how to cope each day which helps you to try and live your life as normal as possible. But normal you may ask? Well its a concept of reality, what we should be doing or thinking. That may sound like a bit of a deep explanation on the perception of the world but its a history of laws, guidelines which need to be abided by which is enough to make anyone paranoid. The thoughts of "If I do not do this right I will get penalised which is where the thoughts of anxiety and panic can kick in.

That was just one example and this is a horrible feeling and people who are suffering from this at some stage know exactly what this is like.

The feeling which takes over the whole body, exhausts you and really affects interation socially. Through my past there has been many occurrences but always a lively soul, out with friends, parties! but now it has all gone to a dismall independence, but there is more to life!
The past sentence was not to sound too depressing but thats the reality of having this in your life.

It is a good idea to go and talk to someone about your inner feelings if you have no one at home. Go and see someone about this and have a talk which is the best way to clear your own head, clear your mind, refresh and start again. Well this has been proven to work but you will also find that the anxiety will still be there and it is the attempt to find a way to conquer this and to start leading a full life again.

Anxiety for alot of people can really ruin their lives but the main pointer to believe in is to focus on your positve points in life and try to eradicate the negative as this will only drag you further into a hole of horrible feelings and thoughts and we need to get out of that. Over the past few weeks it has been apparent that there are many sufferers out there who need help and felt it was neccessary to write an article on feelings and emotions from someone who is actually dealing with the panics and crisis situation right at this moment and try to explain how to overcome these.

A lot of reading has been done on the subject and a lot of talking with individuals regarding their own ways of dealing with anxiety.

There is a cure, read up on anxiety, the best ways you can adapt to deal with each situation and keep thinking positive.
