Do you have a blister that is interfering in your daily activities? A blister can be quite painful. It does seem like a logical conclusion to administer medications and be done with the blister once and for all. However there are often the risks of side effects and wrong kinds of reactions. That is exactly why you might prefer to stay away from any kind of medication. Yet, leaving the blister alone seems like too much of a risk. You are, after all, leaving a potential danger of it getting burst at any moment. That is exactly why natural treatment is seen as one of the best ways to deal with the blisters.

When you are treating your blisters with the natural ingredients, you can be sure that there will be no side effects. There is after all no danger of any potentially risky reactions that could worsen the condition of the blister. Yet, using a natural ingredient means that you are actually dealing with the blister without leaving it unattended. As far as natural ingredients are concerned, clay is a very effective in blister treatment. In fact clay is considered as a skin treatment par excellence. As far as a blister is concerned, you can use clay to deal with one at any stage. Clay works great in the initial stages of blisters as well as the advanced stages.

So how should you use clay to deal with blisters? You would first need to disinfect the area. Clean the blister with some alcohol based medication like Isopropyl alcohol. Hydrogen peroxide works well too. In case your blister is open, do not use alcohol. Betadine is a safer alternative. In case the blister is fluidic, you can use a sterilised needle to puncture the blister. Once you have cleaned the area off well, you can apply the clay paste on the blister. To make paste, mix clay with water or hydrogen peroxide. The best idea is to apply the clay and put a bandage over it.

It is a good idea to remove the bandage the next day. Take care when you are doing that. There might be a good chance that the dried clay would come off. In case that happens you could apply a fresh amount of clay on that part of the skin. On top of that you could use a new bandage. Repeating this process for three days is more than enough. Your blister will have disappeared with no marks.
