The Gaggia Brera is aimed at the serious coffee lover and is the latest in Gaggia's range of touch-button automatic "bean to cup" espresso machine range.
The Brera is compact, simple to use and makes excellent coffee everytime, and although desgined for domestic use it is equally suitable for a small office. The compact design make this a truly stunning and modern machine. The Brera comes in either Black or Silver. Both have the same contemporary stainless steel front panel and LED display with 4 function keys.
It features an integrated conical burr grinder with the Gaggia Adapting System, which automatically fine tunes settings to deliver the appropriate grind volume. To maximise the precision of the grind and help reduce heat, the Brera uses ceramic blades to grind beans. This machine also has 5 unique settings to adjust the coffee grind. With a commercial quality group and filter holder the Brera is unbelieveably easy to use. The 15 bar pump and pre-infusion system provide the power to produce that intense espresso flavour.The amount of coffee required per cup can be adjusted from 7-10.5g with this Gaggia Espresso Machine.
You can use varying sizes of cups, with the aid of the automated cup lift and adjustable dispensing head. The waiting time between coffee production and and steam is reduced to a few seconds due to the Gaggia Brera's twin boiler. The panarello steamer will froth milk in just a few seconds and it swivells 180 degrees. Impressively the Rapid Steam System of the Brera allows the user to steam upto 1 litre of milk in around 40 secs. When required the steamer can also deliver hot water for tea and other hot drinks.
The Gaggia Brera has built-in water filter called the Aqua Prima System, this actually filters the water as it comes into your machine, thus ensuring the finest flavour coffee and your Gaggia stays cleaner for longer. The removeable brewing unit and 1.2l water tank, make maintaining and cleaning your machine simple and straightforward.
