The first time it happens can be such a scary experience and its hard to find answers if you are unsure yourself of what is going on. The advice usually when anything like this happens is of course check out your local GP who you will be able to talk with you to find out a little more on what has happened or what is happening to you to distinguish what can be done to calm these symptoms down and help stress. At this stage the main important key is trying to stay calm and breath regularly as this can increase your anxiety or panic attacks if not done. Try to relax and breath. Fresh air is usually good with a glass of water or even some soothing music to take your mind of any panic or thoughts which may be contributing to your anxiety.
