I have found out that Runecloth farming and selling the stacks in auction house can be very profitable. You are able to get a lot of gold doing that. But to do so you need to know the right spots where drop rates are the highest. I've tried many places and killed many mobs, but only few spots are gold mines for Runecloth. As you already know, all the cloths drop from Humanoid mobs - Runecloth drops from level 50+ mobs up to level 62 in Outlands. Before you go, don't EVER forget to empty your bags. I once went farming with full bags, omg how frustrating! These are my very best spots for Runecloth farming:

Silithus: The Twilight Cultists and Avengers - they are all over the area and their drop rate is somewhere around 35%.
Western and Eastern Plaguelands - This is a good place since every Undead drops it. The main reason to farm it here is that you will never run out of Undeads to kill. There are many farms full of them in Western Plaguelands. Also in Eastern Plaguelands in Corin's Crossing and Plaguewood just south of Stratholme dungeon.
Hellfire Peninsula (Outlands) - One very good farming spot is Expedition Armory. There are Unyielding Footmen, Knights and Sorcerers with very high drop rate. I recommend you going with your high level character possibly with PvP gear and spec. Because this area is very popular and if you are on PvP server you may be ganked.
I tried also one really good spot, but to farm efficiently you need to be high level (80-85). The very best way for Runecloth farming is to do Hellfire Ramparts dungeon. The drop rate is amazing and besides that you get also A LOT of other stuff to sell - grey item with high vendor value, also green items which you can disenchant or sell them in auction house. And of course, don't go farming with some healing speced character. You need a lot of dps there. I have many high level characters for me the fastest was with frost mage. You just pull all the mobs, freeze them and AOE them with Blizzard.
Anyway, Runecloth farming may be one of the means to earn gold in World of Warcraft. But after I got a copy of CATACLYSM GOLD SECRETS EXPOSED, I found out all the other MUCH more profitable ways to get tons of gold easily. You just need to know all the tricks. I warmly recommend it to you.
I'm a regular WoW player, constantly searching the ways how to make a lot of gold in small amount of time. But thanks to CATACLYSM GOLD SECRETS EXPOSED I even reached so called gold cap (1 million gold).
