You should make sure that you will meet your client in your office first before going to the property. This will help your co-workers to see the client that you are dealing with. If your client refuses to meet you in the office, then you should insist that you are going to meet him in the office, and not in the property. Let him know that this is your company's rule and it should be implemented. This will surely make him think that doing something not good will get him busted easily.
Now if you are going to let your client to check the property that you are selling, and then let your co-workers know the location of the property. You should also let them know the name of the client that you are with. Once you are in the property, let your co-workers know. You can also compose a text message that you can send to them immediately once you are having problems with your client. You can tell them that once they received that message of yours, they should immediately tell the police and have someone go to the property that you are in.
