Putting their integrity on the line, they are able to believe in the task that they are doing and in doing so, this form of sincerity comes out as an advantage to them.

Then as you got older, the after school jobs working in either the food or clothing retail services enabled you to develop your people skills as well, dealing with customers in the process of purchasing the products or services your employer tasked and entrusted you to sell.
The total work experience you went through exposed you to the rudiments of handling a business, not just with the operations of one, but in identifying needs and working to fulfill that need as well. Using such skills enables you to perhaps find some niche in a business that you may be able to capitalize on.
