Until recently Jacob Tucker was only a You Tube wonder with a viral video getting more then 3.1 million views. Now he is also a Slam Dunk Champion.
Jacob Tucker has a reported 50? vertical leap and only stands 5'10?. He recently won the State Farm Slam Dunk Contest and 3-Point championship beating out UNC-Asheville's John Williams.
Tucker comes from a Division III school, but managed to out jump his competition from the Big East and other large conferences. Many players from the larger schools couldn't believe how high the small guard could jump and some of the dunks he was pulling off.
Jumping like this takes a lot of hard work and training. It's very possible to increase your vertical jump as much as 10? in as little as 12 weeks. If you follow the right training guide you can see results in little as a couple weeks.
First of all you may be asking yourself "who is Jacob Tucker and why would I want to jump like him?". If you've been on the internet recently you must have heard or seen the videos about him and the amazing dunks and vertical jump he has.
Jacob Tucker is a 5'10? guard from Illinois College. He became a You Tube sensation by posting video's of himself doing amazing dunks and claims to have an unbelievable 50? vertical jump. If you haven't see any of his dunks it's really astonishing. I've posted a video below to some of his dunks and highlight reels.
Anyone who can jump this high obviously has some good genetics. But you also need to work hard and strengthen your legs to be able to jump like that. That's where a good jump training program comes into play.
