You will definitely see a better you looking back in the mirror after you begin resistance training, working out only 2 to 3 hours a week at the gym.

To get the maximum benefit out of any fitness routine that you do it must incorporate many different elements. The key is to focus on resistance training, aerobic exercise, and dieting at the same time. By combining half an hour of weight training with half an hour of aerobic activity, you will have a balanced exercise routine. Just by being consistent, you will definitely succeed. If you're not sure what kind of exercise is best for you, try some different methods, such as free weights, exercise machines at the gym or strength building exercises you can do at home. Your added strength will give you a more positive look at life which you will continue to grow as you do your exercises.
