If you want to play basketball, you have to notice several important things that basketball players usually do. When you are playing basketball, you have to wear suitable and comfortable shoes. Your shoes should be able to muffle the collision when you are landing in the ground. Beside the comfortable shoes, you should do vertical jump exercises frequently. This vertical jump is needed when you want to shoot the ball to the ring. Even though you can also shoot the ball without vertical jump, you should learn how to do it well. There will be some situation where you have to jump if you want to shoot the ball to the ring. Slam dunk is one basketball shooting technique. You need to jump very high so that your ball will be shot perfectly. Slam dunk technique is so cool. Slam dunk is a simple technique in basketball. If your vertical jump is not too good and your height is standard (about 170 cm), you will not be able to do slam dunk technique.
