Have you recently resigned from your job? You must be feeling free to express yourself how you like. However that is really not a great thought. Might be you would like to snub others just because you have put in your resignation. This is definitely not good. The smart thing in fact is usually to give up on good terms so you have everyone's good wishes and support to anticipate. This would also augment your reputation. Here are some mistakes you might commit after you put in your resignation.

Firstly, refrain from being impolite to your boss or your co-workers. You'll have a powerful urge to do this- especially if you're leaving on bad terms. However, you need to consciously aim towards maintaining a cordial relationship with everyone- at least on the surface. In fact, with life's many uncertainties, you are bound to get together with any of the people in your present office at some specific point in the future. Worse, you might find a job in firm where you are forced to work with them again. Therefore, it's more prudent to play nice and keep your resentments to yourself- no matter how much you want to vent. Hence if you are unable to present them with roses, definitely do not present them the thorns.

Another mistake that you need to avoid is damaging any company property or stealing anything. Naturally, you could be angry enough but things like this should be evaded. It will taint your professional image and can even deter your future prospects of a job. Also, you could land up in the slammer. Vandalism and theft are criminal offences and may invite legal punishment. Therefore it's far better that you vent out your anger in alternative ways.

When you resign, your company will very probably bring in a replacement to do your job. If they do ; avoid giving into the temptation of badmouthing your companies or comrades to the new guy. You're not doing a public service by issuing an advance warning. Instead, you are making yourself - as well as the new employee- vulnerable to negative repercussions. In fact, company staff are hardly likely to appreciate this gesture. Therefore, it is better to target more helpful things like losing those extra pounds you gained while sat at the desk. Cure the same by going for a jog each day. Otherwise, you can try using weight control additions like Caralluma Burn Appetite Suppressant to get into shape.

Leaving a job may give you a lot of stress and you'll take to chain smoking. Well, smoking would be good only if it could turn around things for you. Therefore, regardless of if you have called it a wash, maintain your composure and have a look at the brighter side of life.
