Panic attack cures and anxiety cures are different things, but there are some basic things that work for anybody.
First, it is my opinion that panic attacks can be cured, as in completely. I also believe that anxieties can't be cured. That would be comparable to curing fear.
Anxieties can be lowered to a point that, while they still exist, you can be comfortable with them.
I was always living in a little higher than normal state of anxiety than the people around me. My doctor told me that there are "anxious types." These people are as varied as much as anxiety can vary.
My story in short form is like this. I was over anxious but I think I dealt with it pretty good. Then the panic attacks hit. It's like a tornado of emotions. I struggled with the attacks for six years. I stumbled across a method for changing my thinking about the attacks that enabled me to lose my fear of the attacks. That "mental shift" was the moment my attacks ceased. Forever.
The "secret" to curing panic attacks is to get over your FEAR of the attacks and when you do that they are gone.
There are many anxiety cures but the four things that improved my situation the most are in the next few paragraphs.
The best thing for me was exercise. Exercise is very good at reducing stress and anxiety in general, and a lot of other good things come from improving your fitness level. Walking is perfect.
My anxiety attacks hit me in my early 30's so I exercised by jogging and walking.
Now, in my sixties, I walk, jog a bit, and push and pull on the YMCA weight machine 3 times a week. It doesn't take much. It really does wonders for my anxiety. And my body.
It is amazing how much better you'll feel after a good walk. Try to make it fun. Take some music if you like. I love books on tape. Works for me! Believe it. More importantly, just do it.
Big tip number two is about caffeine. Cut back or quit caffeine. That's huge! Caffeine makes you anxious! You don't really want to add to your anxiety while trying to reduce anxiety at the same time, do you. Cutting back on it has very positive effects.
These days I'm at two to three cups of caffeinated tea per day, Way down from some times in my life. Are you glad to find out it's chock full of antioxidants?
Third tip - Eat well rounded foods. It's just basic stuff for strength and strength offsets anxiety.
The fourth big tip is sleep. Do it for yourself. Early to bed early to rise is good for you.
The lowered caffeine, the diet, exercise, and better sleep helped for a lot of my recovery. Having lowered anxieties make dealing with panic attacks a lot easier.
But the really big bonus tip is the best of the panic attack cures. It saved me, really.
It's simple actually, I ended my panic attacks by changing how I thought about the attacks. But it took me six years!
I could have done this in the first weeks of my six year anxiety crisis! It was changing my way of thinking that was the panic attack cure for me. The other things helped, too.
You don't have to suffer from these panic attacks for years! Get the kind of help you need right away! There is a great program that teaches people how to get rid of panic attacks that works the same way I did it. By changing the way you perceive and think about these attacks.
I know the cure for these things is strong, swift, and easy!
You can get your life back!
