4. You do not need to hire any employees to run your online business. However, because of the skills involved you can spend a lot of time attempting to do something that's not suited for you.
It is always wise to outsource things that you are not comfortable of doing or you do not have time to do. There are many other things you can outsource, but it is all up to you and the amount of money you can afford to invest how many of those you choose to do.
