1) Silence or Noise:

Mastering this will take a while, but when you do proceed to other kinds of mathemathical calculations for example naming the months of the season from December backwards or alphabetically. Next, constitute exercises as you like.

4) Movement:
Focus on a pet: cat, dog as well as ant or bird. Follow their every movement as though they exist in a vaccumm. Study every tiny spot on themselves. The purpose of this is to understand how you can diversify your concentration in such a way that movement doesn't deter you from your ultimate goal.
