Many of us love socializing with friends while eating out in eating places. One issue with restaurants is that the meal sizes are normally very large so we're almost always consuming way too many calories in one sitting. The smart thing to do here is stop eating just before you think you're full, or eat in a slow manner to allow your belly to know it's full. You might rather order a smaller meal because it will probably be plenty. When you're famished, you normally end up asking for too much food and then you can't consume it all.
