Now just before you say anything, I realise I shouldn't be driving and employing my phone but shut up. You're not my mother. Incidentally, this is yet another predicament that would later be solved but a lot more about this right after. So Sam wasn't answering which meant she was still acquiring ready or, a lot more likely, mad and ignoring me. The thing about Sam was, for all her great points, she wasn't extremely patient. And she could very easily turn on you for those who did something to piss her off. So I'm acquiring close and I'm thinking almost everything is going to be ok but no such luck. I hit some key roadworks. A detour? Oh, come on! I followed the detour signs. Until they ceased. Which is all well and good in case you already know those streets, which I didn't. Out came the street directory once again. By the time I got to Sam's residence I was in the vicinity of an hour late. She had already left to go see the movie we intended on seeing together, without me. Her housemate said she was livid and very best to be avoided. I blew my chance simply because I wasn't ready.
I've because created up for it by acquiring myself a GPS device for my car. It can be so easy to make use of. Just put in your spot and away you go. No more fumbling around trying to locate the right page. And in case you do have to make a detour, you get re-routed automatically. Outstanding. As I mentioned earlier, the dilemma of making use of a phone safely inside the car was also solved by my GPS device.
