Yeah that's right my friends because why on earth should I have an internet marketing mentor when I can learn by myself? I mean I can save myself a whole load of money and use that to buy a professional marketing course or an e-book of some sort that will help me in getting results online. I don't need anybody to help me succeed because at the end of the day, it is a dog eat dog world and my actions and success are down to me and me only.
Before you get any ideas they are NOT my personal thoughts on the idea of having an internet marketing mentor. What started off as a rant will now swiftly move on to a much more relaxed and valuable piece of information. The way this article started are thoughts of some people in the internet marketing industry. They think that they know everything and how to go about getting results only to end up with absolutely nothing. They are right in the sense that success is down to them and them only because nobody will do the work for you. Having an internet marketing mentor though is a great thing and is something that I would advise to every single marketer reading this right now.
The difference between a coach and a mentor is that a coach will charge you for his or her training services. Whereas a mentor will not so straight away the people that think like they don't need a mentor are confused with the meaning behind the actual term itself! As a matter of fact, having an internet marketing mentor will SAVE you a LOT of time because he or she will know what is needed in order to succeed. He or she will be an expert in one or more topics and be a leader to many people. These people know their stuff and know exactly what it takes to be the fearsome wolf and not the vulnerable sheep.
They will save you time from spending hours on Google finding out how to do things, or hours on YouTube watching videos that alone will NOT help you in getting results. An internet marketing mentor can also SAVE you money because they may already be a skilled expert in the field you want to buy a product in and so you will not have to dish out money to somebody else. Why would you go and do something outside, if it is sitting right on your doorstep?
Another reason why you should consider having an internet marketing mentor is because it works. Many of the top guys such as Jonathon Budd, Mike Dillard, Mark Hoverson and others have all had a mentor at some point in their business and marketing career. They too have learnt and taken aboard the tips and advice of people that were already seeing success online in one form or another. Succeeding in internet marketing is not easy, but you can make it easier for yourself by always learning and applying what you learn. That is the way forward and that is also the way used by successful marketers.
So as you can see there are many benefits that come with deciding to take this step. Not doing this is not only unwise, but it is also something that can cost you a lot of time and money. Be smart. Do a little digging and find an internet marketing mentor to turn a difficult journey into a smooth one. :-)
