On my previous article I written, I talked about where to stay while at . After finding the perfect condo at Pcola Beach Vacation Rental, then i talked about the educated value about Pensacola Beach and what one can do there in that way. In this article, I will write about all the cool things one can do at Pensacola Beach from finding the perfect place to eat at or partying until 2 o'clock in the morning.
If you are 1 of the types that eat for the taste and not just to survive, then Pcola Beach is probably one of- if not the best place to try a variety of food from local to world famous restaurants. Some examples are Lagunas, Flounders, Crabs, Land Shark, Margaritaville, Grand Marlin, Hooters, Peg Leg Pete's, and Dog House Deli. A amazing local place is Dog House Deli; Dog House Deli was established in downtown Pcola since '77, and immediately became a well-known restaurant. It now recently has a place on Pensacola Beach where you can try their famous family recipe like Banana Bread Pudding and Red Beans and Rice; and why not try a footlong dog with all the topping you can imagine on top of it. If you are more interested in world famous things in life, then Crabs is the eatery you need to try while there. Crabs is pretty much known for their…. Yep you guessed it, crabs; it is one of the top 10 beach eateries in the world! A new but well-known franchise that recently became part of Pcola Beach is Margaritaville. Within its first hotel ever built, there are 2 places to eat at that have 2 completely different enviroments. Their beach environment eatery is known as Land Shark; it is an outside restaurant with a Hawaiian fire place, bar, band area, plenty of games for kids, and a paradise area to relax. Their other eatery is a strict wear restaurant inside the hotel itself. Grand Marlin and Margaretville are probably the only restaurants you need to dress to impress and not look like you just came from the beach, but you will get the finest food money can offer. As you can tell, I can keep going about this topic, but this is making me hungry just talking about it; if you do not believe me, than come see for yourself.
Wanting to party all night, than there are a load of great clubs and bars to see while you're staying at Pcola Beach. Capt'n Fun, Flounders, Bamboo Willies, The Dock, and Castaways are probably the best 1 to try out. All within the main area of Pensacola Beach, these clubs will have your head spinning with excitement while listening to great bands and DJs and meeting new people throughout the night. If you're still a little underage, Capt'n Fun and Castaway are available for 18 and older crowds on certain days of the week; in fact, anyone of all ages can come to Castaways and enjoy till a particuliar time at night. If you combine these places with a weekend, festival, or even a holiday, you have twice as much fun. Some of the well known holidays and festivals are De Luna Fest, Bushwhacker Festival, Memorial Day Weekend, Fourth of July weekend, and Blue Angel Weekend. De Luna Fest is a weekend full of hundreds of local and well-known singers and bands playing all at Main Beach; Bushwhacker Festival is a weekend at the boardwalk where you can't even walk because there is so many people all doing one thing… drinking till they drop; Memorial Day Weekend is the weekend for all the gays and lesbian to go to the beach and do what they do best (if you're straight, do not come); Blue Angel and 4th of July Weekend takes place the same week and it's a ten day week of fireworks and planes!
