There are quite a number of people who dislike the legal system and wish it never existed. Officials must be incorruptible for people to believe in the law enough to respect it.
The legal system of any country must be separatist with good enough checks and balances to ensure that the law isn t abused by corrupt people. As such there must be lower to upper level courts with a system of judicial appeal that sees to it that unsatisfied people can have their cases heard by unbiased officials. If such a system didn t exist it is possible that officials would be biased towards certain people and things are left at that.
The government must have as little influence over the courts as possible. When government officials are involved in the application and enforcement of the law through bribes the justice system will fall like a deck of cards at the flick of a child s finger. Government officials have the tendency to want to influence the outcome of cases in their favor to escape persecution.
Accountability is very important. The legal system must be one that discloses any information that the masses would have an interest in and this includes having hearings where the public are invited to attend. Privileges must be lifted and justice officials must tell the people what they want to know.
