The internet is an unbelievable place to make money, which is why mastering the art of internet marketing is so crucial. Many people will debate about which internet marketing strategy is the most profitable.
This is what I usually say when asked what the best marketing method is.I have a distinct feeling some of you may like my answer, while some of you may hate it. Bottom line: this is one of the most fundamental facts about succeeding online that I've discovered - so much so that I believe every marketer must embrace it at some point.
What Is The Best Internet Marketing Strategy?
I am going to keep this simple.
The best marketing strategy is whatever you can do consistently and see results from.
I can almost hear the people that didn't like that answer clicking the "back" button on their browser, but there you have it.
Trying to find the greatest internet marketing strategy is like trying to keep up with technology. There's always something newer and better just around the corner.
I'm not denying that there are some great strategies out there, but if you never commit to one and do it consistently, none of them will ever work.
Compare marketing to dieting. If you were to start this great new diet where you couldn't eat any red meat, and then next week you started a diet where you had to eat lots of red meat, and then the week after, you couldn't eat any meat and so on...
Your body would be utterly confused and you wouldn't really be making any long term changes. You may lose a pound or two here or there, but you wouldn't be able to keep bouncing around like this from diet to diet.
Wouldn't it make more sense to implement some real long term changes in your life? These would be things you could do consistently and build some real results with.
Internet marketing is the exact same way. It really doesn't make sense to hop from something like PPC to article marketing, then on to cold calling purchased leads, then switching over to article marketing again, only to then turn around and decide you'd rather focus on posting videos. Jumping around like that doesn't give any of those methods an opportunity to really work. Marketing has to grow, so don't short change yourself.
You may see a little bit in the way of results, but you will see huge results if you take consistent, massive action. In the end, there really isn't any one perfect technique out there. It all depends on who you are and how you work.
Just as we all have differing dietary needs, we also all have different comfort levels in marketing.
The real strategy here is to find marketing technique that you are comfortable with and get really good at it. The more consistent your efforts are, the more consistent the results will be.
Depending on the strategy, it may take some time, but don't give up. Ironically, so many people give up right before they could have been successful. Don't let that be you!
