Overall, the ST1025 is a top notch machine, but it does have a couple of drawbacks. The first of these is the weight of the unit. The ST1025 weighs over 200 pounds and that is without any covers in the drawers. Granted, the casters make it a little bit easier to move the machine around, but using an elevator or such is recommended when moving the machine from floor to floor.

These spines can bind documents that are up to 340 pages long, but if you will be working with lengthier documents, you should choose a different method of binding. Also, you can only bind documents that are up to 12 inches long and since Unibind spines contain steel, it is nearly impossible to trim them down. Keep that in mind when purchasing your new machine.
