There are so many reasons to find out how to work from home in your small town. Maybe you need the extra income, want to stay home with your kids or a loved one you must care for. Maybe you want the tax advantages of claiming home expenses that work from home gives you. I know, I needed to work and that living in a small town really limited what I could do. So, I went out and found something that worked (after much trial and error!)
Work from home in your small town is easily possible with the power of the internet. You don't need to rely on the population in your town to support your part time or full time wage needs. This was an important one for me! I didn't want to gain the reputation of being a nuicance to my neighbours.
First, I use Facebook a lot. I am a part of local pages there that have attracted customers to my work from home website. I also use free classifieds sites like Craigslist and Kijii, and some other local business sites. I might have to answer a few questions about my product, but often they are watching the videos on the site, and signing themselves to the program. I get a commission.
Some of those customers are referring their friends to the site, because the product is very good and they have great results. Also, my company offers my CUSTOMERS the ability to get their product for free if they refer 3 friends. For their friends sign ups, I also get a commission.
Some of those people also want to start their own home businesses. They will find their own customers and promote their business. For all of their efforts and for the training I give them, I also get a few levels of commission.
Most people who are interested in this, have contacted me first. I never cold call. Everyone has come to me.
You could pay for ads if you are familiar with Google or Facebook ads, but I find it unneccessary. I show my partners how to do this, too.
I can do parties, but I don't go looking for them. I do find that local people are curious about my success, and will request parties. The party is so easy to do. I show a video, sample out my single product, and the orders flow in. A party with 2 to 6 people is all you need to make it monetarily worth your while.
This has been the easiest business to do. I have done so many different types of businesses: Brick and Mortar store, ebay, daycare, buy and sell. and THIS business is the easiest to earn and with the smallest effort that I've ever done!
