I had some funny bunny looking teeth when I was a kid and I don't know why I didn't get a dentist to fix my teeth earlier than I did. Dentist services are so available these days and with the technology of dental services a dentist can fix any dental problem with a minor or major surgery depending upon the dental problem. A dentist can help you have the smile you've always wanted.

My funny bunny teeth followed me all the way through school along with the name calling that came along with a different dental look. I had great oral health, but that didn't matter to people they looked at me weirdly because of my bunny teeth that stuck out in a weird way. A dentist could have fixed my problem early on so that I didn't have the self-consciousness I developed through childhood and adolescence. I couldn't even smile or laugh without feeling self-conscious about my teeth. When I became old enough to earn my own money to pay a dentist for his work I did just that so that I could have the freedom of laughing and smiling without feeling self-conscious. I paid a dentist to fix my teeth so that I could enjoy a conversation without the weird looks. And especially, I worked to pay a dentist to fix my teeth so that I could have a normal and more confident dating life.

Because of my experience with teeth and the miracle that the dentist performed in making my smile have beautiful teeth, I decided to go to dental school so that I could help people like myself. With all the work that the American Dental Association does to keep dental school training in line and on course and also to keep the practicing dentist up-to-date with new technology it makes the dentist profession even more desirable. And today, the American dental association also makes it possible for the dentist patients to be able to trust and know that their dentist is qualified and has the dental school training, the American Dental Association license and requirements to work and provide the health services and dental surgery required to fix that dentist patient's teeth.

Dental school was an eye-opener to me about the oral health care and how the health of your teeth and oral cavity can effect the health of your entire body. At dental school I learned more anatomy than I thought I would, but it was necessary to provide the dental surgery and health services required of a dentist. Just like the look of my teeth effected my social life and my self-confidence as a child, bad oral health can do the same.

Can you imagine hiring a person for a job who has rotting teeth? I mean, teeth say a lot about a person, or at least that's what we think in our first impressions... Although, some people can't do anything about the way their teeth look because they're born with the DNA that says their teeth will look the way they do, first impressions don't take that into consideration and that's why a dentist can help you with the corrective dental surgery or oral care that you need to move on from your dental issues.
