Explore Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina from your perspective of their cuisines for this 7-day taste tour of Dalmatia. Visit beautiful cities, discover ancient background and sample delicious regional food and wines.

Day 1
You'll be welcomed at the airport before being transferred to a villa or hotel inside Split city centre. After arrival along with a short break to relax inside hotel, you can look forward to a welcome dinner where you will receive all the necessary information regarding your tour and program. During dinner you will also receive your gift basket, compliments from the Taste Dalmatia program.

Day 2
After breakfast you'll meet with your chef who will guide you through your culinary tour of Dalmatia. Before your cooking lessons you may visit the local market, a conventional place filled with Mediterranean scents and filled with local character. For the first lesson become familiar with everything about the basic ingredients and spices of Dalmatian cuisine. Everyone who attends the cooking lesson will get a complimentary set of Dalmatian spices. After lunch, a sightseeing tour of Split will probably be organised which will include visits to Diocletian palace (a monument more than 1700 years old), Cathedral and Jupiter's Temple. At dinner you will be served unique Dalmatian wines and learn which foods each best combines with.

Day 3
The morning commences with breakfast, after which the tour will take you for excursions on the nearby cities of Salona and Trogir. Salona was the former capital of the Roman province of Dalmatia. A theatre, amphitheatre, and former forum with temples would be the most famous locations found on the archaeological site. After Salona you may proceed to Trogir, a town known as an open-air museum. UNESCO protected, Trogir is abundant in architecture spanning from Greek and Roman times on the Middle Ages. In Trogir you will also visit its very famous fish market, filled with local fresh fish. Lunch is going to be organised in one of the restaurants, then a return transfer to Split.

Day 4
Your mood starts with breakfast after which you'll be taken for a full-day excursion towards the stunning Krka National Park along with the city of Skradin. Krka National Park is famous for its many breathtaking waterfalls and preserved nature. Skradin has been the central town of your entire area for almost 6000 a number of is very famous for its extra virgin olive oil. In the town you will visit one of many factories that produce this exquisite extra virgin olive oil. After that, the tour will go the city of Sibenik, which is only 25 km from your National Park. Sibenik stands out among all Croatian towns along the Adriatic coast for the unique location in a picturesque and large bay, at the mouth from the Krka. Day 5
The day begins with breakfast, after which you are going to travel to the beautiful city of Mostar in Herzegovina. Town of Mostar is situated in a gorgeous valley bedded involving the high mountains of Herzegovina. It is thanks to the river Neretva that Mostar surely could develop as a city inside the desert-like landscape of Herzegovina. From its conception Neretva's size turned Mostar into a trading centre of the region. The city is renowned however for its famous bridge. The previous Bridge was built from the Ottoman Empire in 1565. Day 6

Enjoy an earlier breakfast before your transfer to the airport.
