The internet is an amazing place to make money, which is why mastering the art of internet marketing is so vital. That being said, many different marketers swear by many different methods - making it challenging to find the "best" one.
This is what I usually say when asked what the best marketing strategy is.This answer is going to be good for some, bad for others. Bottom line: this is one of the most fundamental facts about succeeding online that I've discovered - so much so that I believe every marketer must embrace it at some point.

I'll make this as direct as possible.
Finding the best internet marketing strategy is all about you. Whatever you can commit to doing on a consistent basis that you are seeing results from is the way to go.
There. See? Not everyone is going to like hearing that, but there it is.
Personally, I've found that marketing techniques are a whole lot like technology: as soon as you get comfortable with the newest one, something else that sounds even better gets announced.
Now, that doesn't mean I don't think there are some incredible options out there, but you can't jump around. You have to work at something long enough to get and the grow some real results, or you'll just keep spinning your wheels.
Compare marketing to dieting. If you were to start this great new diet where you couldn't eat any red meat, and then next week you started a diet where you had to eat lots of red meat, and then the week after, you couldn't eat any meat and so on...
That kind of constant change would leave your body in complete confusion. Maybe you'd see some initial results here and there, but then you're off to the next miracle method and not really going anywhere fast.
Instead of jumping from option to option, barely making any real progress, you'd need to choose some fundamental changes in your life and stick with them until they started bringing results. Every time you move on to something new you are effectively starting from scratch.
It's the same thing with internet marketing. You can't decide this week you like PPC, and then when you don't get the results you desire, jump into article marketing. Then, you decide that isn't working and you jump into social media marketing.
Consistent, massive action is the ONLY way to get the most out of ANY strategy. In the end, there really isn't any one perfect strategy out there. It all depends on who you are and how you work.
Just as we all have differing dietary needs, we also all have different comfort levels in marketing.
Here's the bottom line: find a strategy that works for you and get good at it. Implement that strategy into your business consistently and the result will pour in.
Depending on the strategy, it may take some time, but don't give up. Unfortunately, so many people give up right before they could have been successful. Don't let that be you!
