I got really excited when I received Santa replied to my Santa letters. I think I got two Santa letters back when I was a child. Did you ever get any Santa letters? Were you excited? I hardly ever dared hope that Santa would actually send me any personalized Santa letters. But, he did! My Santa letters were sent from the Santa Claus house at the North Pole. He told me that Rudolph was going to lead all the reindeer for his sleigh on Christmas Eve. He hoped that I was still being good, and he was working in the workshop on some of the toys I had asked for. I still get a big smile whenever I think of those letters. I loved my Santa Claus letters. Do you smile when you remember your Santa letters?

Every year your children slave over their Santa letters. They tell him how much they love him; they plead their case of good behavior; they list all the toys they want. Then, they wait every day. They know that Santa is much too busy to ever reply to their Santa letters, but they still hope and wait. Do you remember how long it seemed for Christmas to arrive? It does seem like such a long time for children to wait for that once-a-year visit from Mr. Claus.

They might even be disappointed that you didn't get one.

But, Santa letters aren't just for children. They can also be for the young at heart, or for someone who is discouraged and just needs a little merry Christmas love. Maybe you have a friend who managed to retain a little part of the child within them. Perhaps they would welcome Santa letters. Christmas is about love, cheer and magic. Santa letters are about spreading that love, cheer and magic. I know I would think that getting a letter all the way from the North Pole would be a lot of fun.

Memories of Santa Letters

I still treasure those memories of receiving those Santa letters. I am writing at my computer rapt in the memories of receiving those Santa letters and ripping open the envelopes. I even remember the colorful stationery they were printed on. I loved my Santa letters and the magic they gave me so much, that I made certain my children received a few of their own personalized Santa letters over the years. I probably enjoyed their Santa letters as much as I enjoyed my own. I even remember what some of their Santa letters said. My children knew that Santa knew all about them and cared. Why don't you give your children and maybe even a friend some Christmas magic with some Santa letters?
