This product has a retail cost of $50, but all you've got to pay is 5 dollars post and packing. What you do is send your invoice in, and you theoretically get paid $20 for your time and effort, because you've got to take the time to cancel the automated monthly shipment of acne cure which you might not have realized is going to be charged to your ATM card monthly.
Great deal uh? You pay 5 greenbacks and get back $20 so you made $15 profit. The affiliate that referred you also makes a nice little check as the acne cure company paid them a good commission to get a new sale. Appears like a great situation. Or are you scratching your head?
Is Project Payday a Honest Method to Earn a Couple Of dollars?
Project Payday is a system that is designed to teach people the easiest way to earn rewards promoting "cost per action" offers, but sadly these strategies are highly questionable, just like the example above.
Are you familiar with CPA offers? These frequently begin with a trial offer, perhaps offering something for which you only have to pay postage and packaging, the hope being that the company will get further sales and payments later .
All those garish banners that you see online offering you iPods for a penny, free cash or PCs if you fill-in the form or complete a survey, are all just a part of this cost per action incentivized scheme. These incentivized freebie internet sites as they are called, are all part and parcel of the same marketing model as Project Payday falls beneath.
That is not to say you will not receive your free iPod after filling in a survey or checking boxes next to other associate offers that you're likely not particularly interested in anyhow, but listen to me there actually is a gigantic catch. This is just a way for the company to capture your private information, and you might find that your acne remedy cream is being delivered each month and being billed to your credit card before you realize it we all know there's no such thing as free.
Naturally there may be people that are really enthusiastic about a certain product or service and naturally that is a different situation maybe they really do need an once a month supply of acne cream! But this is an affiliate internet marketing scheme which essentially bribes you into completing an offer and then tells you can cancel it straight afterwards the company whose product it is, is getting cheated.
The company is losing money because it is paying the affiliate and you for doing something that's essentially unethical and deceptive. Hence, the answer to any query about Project Payday will generally include the phrase" no it is not ethical." But then if you haven't any morals and are glad to collect commissions that way, then at last if enough folk do it the company will ultimately go broke and you may fundamentally be killing the golden goose.
Suffice it to point out there are plenty of folk making massive incomes doing this part time by promoting these dubious CPA offers. The ones which make the big bucks are those who can promote an offer in such a way as to draw in people who may really have an interest in trying the service or product. If you can master the science and art of marketing, you too could probably earn a decent living doing this too.
