This is to allow a lot of air to enter to your system. This is better than breathing through your mouth. And then exhale through your mouth by hissing. This also allows you to let out the air without running out of breath. Practice this 5 7 times.
Another basic that you should learn is proper diction. In singing, proper diction is very important so that the audience listening to you will understand what you are singing, and not just hearing a not quality music. It is advisable that you say some tongue twisters, at first slow and then gradually increase the speed. This is to help you speak properly whether in fast or slow phases. One more basic in singing that you should learn is to write those tongue twisters so that you can practice them every day, whenever you’re free.
