Therefore the total cost of 10W LED light bulb is £20 and £54 in electricity for producing 50,000 hours of light.
Thus the LED light is £74 Vs £550 (electricity + cost of replacement bulbs) for incandescent lights.
Now the choice rests with you. The one time expense is certainly going pay for it in the long run. It makes an obvious financial sense to pay only £74 when you are saving in the long run and protecting the environment at the same time.
