Try looking for a gym that allows you to use their machines. A lot of offices will give you a gym membership or room. Just make sure you weigh out all of your options before you make a decision. The closer to the gym you are, the more likely you are to go to it, rather than not.

While improving your appearance is always wonderful, the real payoff is that you will be healthier and able to live a more active lifestyle than you might have imagined.
