Lack of sleep cases in children have greatly increased over the past ten years. Some of the cases often originate from lifestyle related activities, poor sleep hygiene and negative behaviours toward sleep. It could be worse and in a severe condition called "chronic insomnia" people go into deep depression and eventually kill themselves.

Use visualization techniques to rid oneself of guilt and shame. Everyone has an energy body and a physical body. Our energy body is invisible to most. It animates our physical body and gives our physical body life. Some call the energy body our spirit.

Remember, the mind can affect the body just as the body can affect the mind. A peaceful mind can do much towards releasing pain and tension in the physical dimension.
