Emotions about this product are mixed; some saying it has fantastic results, whilst others say it is a waste of money.
Support groups and counseling have also had good results. When put in a group with others in the same situation as yourself, it helps to talk with them and find out why you smoke. Talking about things like when you smoke, and finding suitable replacements for when you usually smoke can work really well.
There any many methods of quitting. It is advised to try and quite with just willpower at first. Go and see your local doctor, and they will have a long talk with you and provide you with the right medication or treatment. Remember you are not alone in trying to quit, and although it may seem daunting at first, keep at it you will be able to do it in the end.
