Zillow boasts million of visitors per month so the chances of your home being viewed by potential buyers are very good. 3. FREEhomeownerlistings.com: While not as well known as Craigslist and Zillow, FREEhomeownerlistings has many wonderful resources to help you sell your home. They offer free listings for home owners who wish to sell, homeowners who wish to rent, and allow anyone to browse the listings – all for free. Use of their services requires registration and is only for basic service, which is still pretty good. You can upgrade to a higher level of service to provide even more exposure for your property if that is your desire, but it will cost you.
Finding a potential buyer for your home is only a few free home postings away. Now you too can avoid many of the costs normally associated with selling a home when using a realtor and keep the savings for yourself.
