If you find yourself thinking about the possible words that fit in with your topic and there is no word that comes out in your mind, then I guess you should try some alternative ways to fill your writings with the right content.

You can rest for a while and leave your writings for a moment in order to freshen up your mind. This is an effective way so that certain ideas about your topic would naturally come out in your mind. Another way is to look for a wonderful scene for your work field for you to be inspired by your own topic to be written.

If these things won’t solve your problem in creating a great and wonderful topic that will surely click in the minds of your readers, then you can ask for a help from them. Yes, ask a help from your readers by letting them ask about the topic that you have. There are a lot of readers who are asking for some clarifications, suggestions or any reaction about the topic and then you will have to anticipate these questions.

Answering your reader’s questions about the topic will be a great way in order to complete your contents. This will let them glad and satisfied about those questions that have been answered in your writings.

If you’re having trouble figuring out how to structure a piece of writing, try using your potential readers as basis for organizing your text. After all, there’s probably no one better to please than the very people to whom you’re trying to communicate with.

Whatever type of work it is – an email, an essay or a report – it’s usually not that hard to anticipate the kinds of questions that your readers will be asking. Find out what they need to know and what they’ll want to clarify, and then do your best to provide them with a way to get it.

All writing typically have two purposes: you’re either expressing something for yourself or communicating information to someone else. When you write something for your journal or your diary, you’re both the writer and the reader, so anything you put down is likely something you’ll want to remember for posterity. You may even want to skip using the writing software when doing this, as you’ll probably be a little more accepting of your own follies than other people will.

For work intended for someone else, however, you will naturally want to work off questions they might have for themselves about the topic at hand. Do they need to be introduced to the subject? Are they aware of its complications? In what ways can they respond to it? List down what you can anticipate of their queries and lay out your writing trying to answer the pertinent questions one after another.

This technique is especially good because it hits two birds with one stone. Using it, you both organize your writing in a natural manner and fill it with appropriate information.
