If you do download torrents you must have some sort of virus scanner and spyware removal tool on your computer as more than likely it is only a matter of time before you get infected.
In addition to this, many of the MP4s that you download have been uploaded illegally. This could offer some serious penalties especially if the computer you are working is a business PC. One thing you can look for is live shows of bands you like. For the most part these are free to be distributed and generally have no legal implications.
