Why do things always seem to happen at the worst possible time? You can guarantee that your car will need petrol when you are late for work, you can guarantee if you have planned an important day out that it will rain and you can guarantee that as soon as the weather gets cold that your plumbing will start to play up.
That's the way it seems to go for me anyway. I could guarantee that it was going to be the case when the snow hit that my apartment in London would have a complete and utter heating failure. Thankfully I'm not an elderly individual or not that old anyway, so I could manage to survive with extra jumpers and shivering until I could find some reputable east London plumbers to come and fix the heating for me.
I say 'until I could find some reputable east London plumbers' because there were a few people who tried to take advantage of the situation when they heard about my situation. I decided to take the day off work to be around to help the plumbers out and keep them stocked up on tea, coffee and biscuits. I've been in a customer facing role before myself and I know that a good cup of tea can lead you to go out of your way to help the individual you are performing the work for.
In the end the work was completed on time, and they perform the installation of the new boiler to a quality standard. I'd just like to point out that there for the record that there are a number of trustworthy east London plumbers out there for people to hire, you might just have to search a bit to find them and weed out all the others.
