To illustrate how your thoughts manifest your reality, lets take up an exercise:
Assume your mind could be a garden and you're its gardener and you are in-charge for gardening your mind.
You have got two options:
Choice A
You carefully pick up seeds and sow them.
You often water your garden, add manure and salts to the garden thus that flowers might bloom and fruits could grow.
You see to it that you chop down any weeds or parasitic plants that may grow.
You take good care of your garden.
Since you took good care of your garden you will see promising fruits and flowers in your beautiful Garden, people will love your garden and want to visit it again and again.
Option B
You neglect your garden.
In such a case over time your garden can grow shrubs and plants that grow only on barren lands.
These plants are of not any use to any body, even most animals do not eat these shrubs.
You neglect your garden.
So you have a jungle of haphazardly growing shrubs that almost no one wants.
Your Mind is sort of a garden, your thoughts are the seeds, and your life is that the flowers, fruits or the shrubs that bloom from the seeds you plant.
Good thoughts, positive thoughts create positive energy and convey about good results and experiences in your life.
Dangerous thoughts, negative thoughts create negative energy and convey bad results and experiences in your life.
As an Intelligent human being you've got the intelligence to choose on your thoughts.
Lets take an instant to see how thoughts affect you every moment. Lets say a stimulus is something that happens in day-to-day life. For e.g, you suddenly come across someone you do not like.
The Stimulus:
1st there is a Stimulus or Something happens in day-to-day life.
The Stimulus to -> Belief:
Based on your Belief system that is actually a store-house of experiences your mind will respond with an idea based on the past experience.
The Stimulus to -> Belief to -> Thought:
Based on your selection of a way to act or react towards the thought your soul will respond with feeling towards that thought.
The Stimulus to -> Belief to -> Thought to -> Feeling / Emotions :
Based mostly on the emotions you may take action.
The Stimulus to -> Belief to -> Thought to -> Feeling to -> Action:
These actions translate to the leads to your life.
The Stimulus to -> Belief to -> Thought to -> Feeling to -> Action to Results
This is the standard pattern in which anybody functions, you, me and evereyone else we know. Know this process and stop reacting to your thoughts and you'll start changing the results in your life this very moment.
What are your Beliefs depends upon the thoughts you've got sown in the past, whatever held in the past can be changed now by sowing new thoughts today.
