Let me raise you a quick query; do you have got any kids? I don’t have any youngsters, however, I appreciate the challenges that folks face and I’m most reluctant to inform anyone how to observe their children.
Whether or not you are doing or don’t have kids, I’m sure you appreciate the importance of raising them to be happy and successful.
To do that, you’d take a great deal of interest in them and what they’re doing; show you care concerning them and offer them heaps of some time and attention.
Children show us from an early age that they wish lots of attention. We notice this by the way they physically and emotionally, reach out to us. If we have a tendency to fail to produce their needed level of attention or acknowledgement, then they’ll nearly definitely let us understand; typically by behaving badly.
Some parents have issue in giving time and a focus and often bribe or pay their children to be successful with offers of gifts or money. “Pass your exams and I’ll get you a new bicycle!” But, kids wish presence not presents and if they fail to receive their acceptable level of attention and acknowledgement, then they will behave badly.
Not a heap changes after we become adults; we tend to still crave attention and acknowledgement from other people. We search for it from our partners, friends, kids, folks and, terribly importantly - our boss at work!
Successful Motivational Managers
realise this and provide their workers with attention and acknowledgement.
They pay quality time with every member of their employees, giving feedback on job performance; be it smart or bad.
They hear problems, both business and personal; they show interest and help the staff member notice solutions
They show that they trust and believe in their employees by empowering them to form selections and be responsible for their actions
Successful Motivational Managers don't bribe or pay their staff to be successful. Incentives, bonuses and prizes are all acceptable; but, they will never replace attention and acknowledgement.
