Time management has taught me some valuable lessons. It taught me to create lists. It taught me to test them twice. At the tip of my daze, but, things were just about the same. Some folks were naughty and some of us were nice. The next day I would repeat the process. I got pretty good at it. I got more wiped out less time.
Time management was supposed to improve the standard of life. Why then did I keep obtaining the same unfulfilling results? How many lists and how several days wouldn't it take me to comprehend the magic of life had been compromised? I created a plan. I had a plan. I attempted to work the plan. But then life would "just happen" and also the plan would be interrupted. The set up got pushed away somehow as time passed. The arrange was replaced by frustration as a result of the lists got longer.
I began to feel as if I used to be running on a treadmill of endless tasks managing still a lot of lists. Go! Go! Go! As my energy levels began to drop, I might attempt to re-energize my "self" by reading motivational books or listen to motivational recordings or attend motivational seminars. This too took additional time. I used to be going faster and faster however the lists simply got longer and longer. I was whooped!
Time management? Who was managing whom? I felt fully broken.
"There should be a better means?" I kept questioning. I had to step-out-of-the-box of creating lists and checking them twice. I had to come back to terms with the actual fact there would invariably be individuals who were naughty and individuals who were nice. This was employment for the man within the red suit with the white beard. This was not visiting be my job! Life was simply too short to live like this!
Time management? Is it an illusion? Through thoughtful investigation, I discovered many folks are battling the identical challenges. Several are living on "spin cycle." Spherical and round we tend to go. The subsequent day is replaced by the next day of more and more to do. Exhausted. Frustrated. Angry. In some cases, I saw a glance of despair within the eyes of my fellow earth dwellers. How did this happen? You'll be wedged within the illusion you'll manage time.
My conclusion is, time manages us.
For example, as I've got gotten older my birthdays have lost some of the pizazz of yesteryears. I may even say, "I don't need to own another birthday!" Guess what? I've got another birthday. The choice? Not having another birthday? Okay, I guess I will enable time to bring me another birthday. Who is managing whom? Time was managing me and not the opposite manner around. We have a tendency to have been duped!
Time management had left me feeling exhausted and empty. I used to be losing the battle of fighting the clock. Then it hit me! I had the proverbial Divine Aha moment in time! I lifted the white flag of surrender to time management. Time management could have won the battle however I won the war. I became the victor and regained a high level of quality living. Now I can say with sincere gratitude, I have once once more fallen in love with a future of recent possibilities.
Surrendering to time management has allowed me to understand energy levels are one thing we tend to will manage.
Energy management is the answer to the problem of your time management.
When energy levels are too high, we have a tendency to run in circles and our day becomes fragmented. When energy levels are too low, we tend to subsided effective and it takes me twice as a lot of time to try to to simple tasks. Throughout low energy times, don't do things that require an excessive amount of brainpower. Considered these times during the day as damage management times. You save time by not having to wash up messes you may innocently make.
Is Time Management Potential? No! Let it go.
