It is rich with extensive research and development in the fields of individual improvement and organizational effectiveness, besides communication skills and development. It is Landmark Education’s endeavor to use all its cutting-edge resources to help people produce extraordinary results and improve their lives with just a little focused help from them.
Landmark Education is owned by a trust and has over 1.2 million participants in its basic program, the Landmark Forum. They have a battery of dynamic and effective motivational speakers who present over 50 courses in countries all over the world.
Its method of operation is to ask participants to bring along guests to attend the Landmark Forum. Here, by attending the seminar, their lives are substantially changed and, they in turn, invite friends and family to become members. For this reason, some participants and critics have termed the methodology of membership of this organization as being similar to multi-level marketing. Others, however, see this as a form of word-of-mouth advertising which enrolls them into attending more and more seminars.
Landmark Education does not present itself as a therapy and is against psychoanalysis, though some participants opine that it is quite similar to psychotherapy.
