Folks look with shock when they know how a lot butter I use and eat in one day. But I realize the obvious truth, Butter is a good fat and can truly assist you to drop weight.
Unfortunately, individuals thinking butter is bad is a very common misconception. People still believe that butter and saturated fats are the reason heart disease is one of the top killers in this country (and now in many other countries as well). The truth is that it’s not the organic and natural fats that are causing this epidemic, its the sugar, processed and packaged foods and overconsumption of refined oils that arecausing so notably disease (not forgeting to mention high cholesterol, high blood pressure and diabetes).

1. Throughout the past eighty years, the ingestion of dietary cholesterol consumption has increased only 1 percent.
2. Throughout this similar time butter consumption plummeted from 18 pounds for each person each year to four pounds per individual each year.
3. Did you see that throughout the 60 year phase from 1910-1970, the part of conventional animal fat inside the American eating routine declined from 83% to sixty two%?

Therefore where is the problem? Why all the heart disease?

Please remember that the butter I use is organic and grass fed. It has this beautiful deep yellow color and is not white like most typical butters. It has gone through minimal processing and has no added growth hormones and antibiotics.
Now that I told you butter is ok to eat, here is a delicious chicken recipe you can enjoy:

Chicken with “Organic butter” dressing

Components:

6 Tbsp of melted butter
2 large chicken breasts (approximately 1 lb of chicken)
1/4 cup olive oil
lemon juice from 1/2 large lemon
salt
pepper
garlic

Tips:

Begin off by 1 tablespoon of butter in a large pan.
Spice chicken breasts with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Cook chicken breasts in butter covered at very low heat.
Do not allow the butter pick up brown.
Pour lemon juice inside a seperate bowl.
Gradually stir in the remaining melted butter as you stir mixture.
After that slowly add that olive oil as you stir mixture.
Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder to add some taste

As soon as the chicken is cooked all the way through, served on a plate and pour the “dressing mixture” over your cooked chicken breasts.
Don’t be shocked if you are tempted to pour this dressing next to your veggies and simply about all other groceries item you can think of. It’s delectable!
