Internal Limits – Beta Alanine

Carnosine is of the elements inside your body that promotes muscle development and cell repair. This is also an agent that fights the accelleration of cell aging within humans and warm blooded animals. However, in order for this substance to rpovide only enough effect to our body, a limiting factor must exist. Carnosine works hand on hand with Beta-Alanine in order not to completely negate the process of maturity, which may result to negative health and mental conditions.

Beta-Alanine is a type of amino acid, belonging from the carboxylate group. Under the IUPAC system of addressing like substances, this element is also known as 3-aminopropionic acid, with no chiral center. Resulted from the degradation of substances carnosine and dihydrouracil, Beta-Alanine is a component of naturally existing ansering and carnosine peptides. This substances is not on option in biosynthetic processes involving any class of major enzyme or protein.

Alongside with carnosine, Beta-Alanine works as the latter agent’s limiting substance. It is through Beta-Alanine that the Carnosine levels existing within human bodies and animals are on appropriate levels, under normal health conditions. However, under irregular health conditions that involves issues on improper aging rate, Beta-Alanine and Carnosine are the common backend causes of such cases. Aside from within body maturing issues, lack of Beta-Alanine has also been pointed for early skin aging, and other more serious skin conditions such as the Hutchinson–Gilford progeria syndrome.

Some studies have made us of supplemental administration of various doses of Beta-Alanine on regular hour intervals for several weeks. After the entire 10 week study span, it has been found out that amount of the intramuscular Carnosine has increased to 80.1% as its average level rate.

In order to treat diseases related to premature aging, Beta-Alanine inducing substances are among the active ingredients within patients’ supplemental medicines. Such substances can also be found in vitamins and food supplements as a maintenance antibody for aging. Under this purpose, Beta-Alanine works alongside with Vitamin E and also, a number of topical and intake dermatological products possessing Carnosine also includes Beta-Alanine. Uncontrolled dosage of Carnosine may cause shifting of metabolic pathways of the body to Histamine. Such imabalance may lead to health complications, not only centered on aging but also on the stunted movement, adaption and development of various organs and systems within the body.
