1/. You’ve all heard it in the past, move it or lose it! We should seek to put in thirty minutes a day for exercise. Walking is a wonderful way to start to keep fit but not just any walking, I mean Vigorous Aerobic walking. You should push your body further than what it's used to doing for the greatest and quickest results.
Slash your risk for a number of killer diseases and rev-up your metabolism with aerobic conditioning and strength training and slow down or even turn around the ageing process.

2/. Eliminate the stressors in your life. It is tough to feel happy and energized when you have to deal with concerns that bring you down. Make a list of the things your tolerating at home or work and put an end to them. Make sure you eradicate the source of the stress. Convince yourself that you do not need these negatives in your life and get on with the things that encourage you into positive action.

3/. How much fruit and veggies do you consume? Try for 5 to seven servings of fruits and veggies a day. They are jam packed full of vitamins and antioxidants that will reduce your risk of developing numerous types of cancer, they are excellent for your heart, filled with nutrition and fibre so you can feel fuller even when you're eating a smaller amount so fruits and veggies are waistline-friendly.

4/. Un-complicate your life starting today. Our lives so full of activity with plans, goals, dreams, tasks, have-to's, commitments, worry, obligations, jobs...
It’s any wonder our brain boggles.
Ask yourself:
Why is my existence so chaotic? Why have I chosen to take on so much?

What am I building with my current way of life? Is there a future to it? Is that future costing me my present?

What am I missing out on about myself because of my current lifestyle?
Begin by cutting out 3 projects, tasks, responsibilities, shoulds, coulds, wants, goals, and so forth that are not necessary. Get rid of, delegate, or make a system for ten or so tasks that are sucking your energy stores dry. When you think of something you "have to do," stop and ask yourself why you have to do it. Odds are you don't.

5/. Multi-Vitamins. Multi-vitamins are you insurance plan for getting the additional nutrition your body requires. Vitamins and minerals aid to build stronger bones, maximize your metabolism, increase energy, feed muscle tissue and so on.

6/. Create a list of positive daily practices that you can concentrate on as part of your daily habit. 8/. Feed your body often, and feed it well. If you wish for lots of energy as well as a supercharge to your metabolism, 2 or 3 meals a day just isn’t enough. spread out your meals all through the day (4-6), balance them with protein, fruits and veggies, and a little bit of good fats such as walnuts or almonds, or oils like olive or safflower, and your body will be a well-oiled, leaner, energized, peak-performing machine.

9/. Drink heaps of water! ...at least eight glasses a day - even a slight dehydration can make you feel sluggish. Take full advantage of your liver's fat-metabolizing capability by drinking more water so that it's not working overtime to detoxify your body. Manage your weight and appetite. Women: you could even lower your risk of colon cancer!
Practise these easy helpful hints and they will keep you fit, strong, and energized.
