When you get a visitor that gave their address to you but did not keep coming then make use of their information. Send them letters letting them know that your church wants to learn and grow. Inquire them what they liked and did not like. Find out why they did not return.
Once you have this information you may begin to make changes that are needed. Once those changes are made you should see your visitors staying. If not then there is more going on. Make sure you get to the bottom of it and correct it.
