Being married for almost 7 years and not conscious how to transform the misfortune I was confronting in my relationship was tricky for me. I believed I had to organize something because I wanted to make this work. I had to revive this relationship. How did I do it? I made the choice to act. Searching and reading anything that I considered may perhaps help me. I will show you what I found most usefull later on, but firstly I would like to inform you what I have learned that changed the way she looks at me now.
IS IT OBVIOUS?
It sounds apparent, nevertheless I first had to realise what was going on. Something was wrong, I recognized that. But what was it that made it so hard for me to adjust. The more I searched for solutions the more I grew to become aware that I needed to look much closer. I opened my eyes and looked at the guy in the mirror. There I was looking back at me.
TIRED OF EXCUSES
It calls for a big woman to confess to be wrong and say sorry. At times it is even a bit shameful right? You will find it less difficult after a while, I certainly did. But we know better, right? We know we should keep ourselves out off situations we have to to say sorry for. No more nagging about the laundry, take the garbage out without her asking you yet again. Take responsibility and make sure you stay in the safety zone. No more reasons for having to say sorry.
SCHEDULE WHAT YOU NEED TO DO
Always things to do. So we need to cover for each other. It get's more interesting when you need to stop everything you are doing and help her out. I have learned to give more and more and as a result became more flexible. It turned out wonderful. Because every time I ask him to do something for me, he wants to help me to.
BEAT THE HABIT
The main problem for me was to battle my way of life. I have learned to enjoy healthier meals, do exercises more and rise my energy level in just a couple weeks. I became a different woman. At least that is what he told me, and I just love it when he is right! There are more routines for me to work on and I have finished a list. Ready for him to be even more right than ever.
How you can do it? Now you know a little bit about me and what I picked up along the way to help me. Do yourself a favour and do something. It does not even matter what you start with, it is just significant that you do it.
