You will, for the potato salad dish, need the following things:
6 eggs which were hard boiled
6-8 purple potatoes
1 bell pepper of any colour, that has been chopped
1-2 sliced carrots
1/3 sliced cucumber
1 cup broccoli flowerettes
4-6 chopped inexperienced onions
to taste, you want the usual - salt and pepper

For the dressing, you will need these things:
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup mustard
2 tablespoon steak sauce (if you like it; in any other case probably use one other sauce or just nothing in any respect).

That is how you make this dish:
Start with boiling the eggs - 8-10 minutes (in water that has been salted). Allow them to cool.
Wash - and, if desired, peel - potatoes. Reduce into items the potatoes - pieces which are about 1 inch - and boil till cooked. Pour them into colander, rinse. Set aside, let cool.
