Majority of the people thought that all diamonds are colorless to be considered as a diamond but this is not actually true. Others may even think that is the diamond has a color this means that it has low quality and not valuable at all. Most new customers cannot immediately understand this.

Because of the imperfection that the diamond stone has, the stone will really change its color. The imperfection has different elements such as hydrogen and boron that creates its color. For additional information, nitrogen makes the color of the diamond stone color yellow or brown. Other defects can change the diamond color and may create a green appearance.

It still depends on the imperfection that the stone has inside and at the surface.

It is better if you are not going to choose a stone that has many flaws due to the fact that the stone may be weakened and may split if hit by a hard object. Take into consideration that a diamond stone is considered to be very valuable because the stone is durable. It is important to identify the characteristics of the diamond before you buy it. The diamond color will depend on the blemishes and imperfection that it has that is why it is important to know if the diamond stone contains a high and good quality.
